Abstract
An entomological prospect was performed from december 1974 to december 1975, to detect damages and their agents in Pinus radiata seedlings in the 10th. Region, Chile. Among the colected species were identified: "needle joiner" (Lep.: Tortricidae); Pseudoleucania bilitura (G.M.) and Pseudaletia punctulata Bl. (Lep.: Noctuidae); Maculella noctuides Pfitz (Lep.: Hepialidae); Sericoides germaini D.T. (Col.: Scarabaeidae); Grammophorus niger Sol. and Medonia deromecoides Schwz. (Col.: Elateridae), wich were identified for first time in Pinus radiata in Chile.
